Refund policy

In general - Drummond Scientific Company accepts returns of new, unopened product(s) within thirty (30) days of shipment from our facility in Broomall, PA. A refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued to the payment method on-file within two (2) weeks of the return receipt/acceptance date. 

If the return is the result of a shipping error (incorrect product(s) received) or a product defect, please note that our customer service team will provide a UPS return label and the 15% restocking fee will be waived.
